Do you need to order merchandise but are unable at this time to visit us at the shop? We can take your order on-line, via email, fax and phone. If we have the items you request in stock, we will send out the order the same day. If we have to order the items we will send the items out as soon as they come in. If you would prefer to save on shipping costs, we can call you when your order is ready for pick up at the shop. All shipping will be based strictly on weight. We will use the most cost effective means to get your order to you. If you have a preference between U.S. Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, DHL or other delivery method please use the comments block below to specify your prefered shipping method. Shop Policies

Special Orders: Special orders are items not usually stocked by Stitch Today Knot Tomorrow, Inc. require payment in full at time of order.

Returns:

We do not accept returns of the following merchandise: Kits that have been opened, books, charts, graphs, floss, fibers, custom cut fabric
mats and frames. In addition, items not normally stocked by the shop will not be accepted for retrurn. Returns must be accompanied by a
receipt and must be made within two weeks from date of purchase.
